Product Description:
The high-temperature crucible furnace has a beautiful appearance and advanced and reasonable structural design. It uses silicon carbon rods as heating elements, adopts a double-layer shell structure and an intelligent programmable temperature control system. The furnace is made of polycrystalline fiber material to ensure heat preservation and energy saving.

Application:
Mainly used for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing, and quality testing in universities, scientific research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises.

Main functions and features:
1. The heating element uses high-temperature silicon carbon rods, and the furnace insulation material uses polycrystalline fiber materials. It has good insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no debris, high purity, and the energy-saving effect is significantly better than domestic fiber materials.
2. The entire furnace body adopts a double-layer inner tank structure with an air gap in the middle. Even if the furnace reaches high temperature, the surface of the furnace body can still be touched safely without feeling hot.
